Introduction

When you visit our website, we analyze information about your visit, which is used to see how many visitors we have on our webshop and which products attract the most attention in what periods of time. If you do not wish that we collect this information, you can, at any given time, delete your cookies og select in the Privacy Settings, to not be tracked. Our tracking of usage does not contain any personal information and any IP-usage is masked. Below we have elaborated on what information is collected and their purpose. Information is never disclosed nor sold to any thirdparty but we do maintain backups of our data on secured webservers.

The website uses “cookies”, which are text files that is stored on your computer or mobile device for the purpose of recognizing “it” as a seperate entity from other devices, remembering settings and performing statistics. Cookies can not contain malicious code such as viruses.

Personal information is any kind of information that may be identifiable to you in any context. When using our website, we collect and process a variety of such information. This happens for example if you sign up for our newsletter, participate in our surveys, register yourself as a user or subscriber or otherwise use of services that make purchases through the website. We typically collect and process the following types of anonymous information: A unique ID and technical information about your computer, tablet or mobile phone, your masked IP number, geographic location (Country and City), and which pages you click on our site. To the extent that you explicitly consent to and enter the information, we will also be holding information like: Name, phone number, email, address and payment information. This will typically be associated with the creation of login or purchases made on the website. You can at anytime see what data we collect by login in to “My Account”

Safety

We have taken technical and organizational measures against the fact that your information is accidentally or illegally deleted, published, lost, impaired, comes to the knowledge of other that yourself, misused or otherwise treated in violation of the law. In case of a data-breach all of our registered users will be contacted within 72 hours  about what data has been lost and a guide to what to do about it. Our first priority in such a situation is to close the security breach to minimize data loss for customers and then contact the customers affected by the security breach.

Insight into your data

You are entitled to know what personal information we are processing about you. Have you created a user when purchasing, your information is stored in “My Account“. If you have not chosen to create an account, this information is not stored in the system for anything other than accounting purposes. The information stored here can be found at any time by the e-mail invoice that you have received at the end of the purchase. If you want to delete your user, this can be done at the end of this page.
