Payment
Nordic Wine Box receive online payments with Visa/Mastercard. Your payment will take place when the merchandise has left our storage, unless we have agreed on other payment schedule.
All the amounts on the website includes VAT.
All prices on the website are in Danish Crona, DKK
Nordic Wine Box homepage and payments are secured payment with an SSL encrypted protocol, giving you a reassurance that your data safe and secure.
Legal age
The wines deliveries to your home will require you to produce legal identification as proof of age (over 20in Sweden and 16/18 in Denmark) if proof cannot be provided, that you are of legal drinking age, the wines will be returned, and you will be charged for transportation cost of returning the wines.
Delivery
The time for delivery is approximately 5-7 days, we send from Denmark the first weekday each month. The driver will call or text before to make sure you can take receipt of the delivery.
The freight cost will depend on size of order and location of delivery.

Returns
Nordic Wine Box follows the Danish law for returning wines. Wine goes under food and therefore you can not return wines after purchased them.
Condition of the wines when returning.
You are liable for any loss value of the products you have bought.
The wine bottles must be handle with care, no opened bottles cannot be return.
Nordic Wine Box will determine if any loss of value of the products has taken place.
Cancelations of orders
If the goods have already been dispatched there will be a restocking charge and return freight cost to our Copenhagen storage.
Wine is a “food group” according to Fødevarestyrelsen and can therefore not be returned. The right to cancel within 14 days from order-date can therefor not be exercised.
Reclaims
We follow the Danish law regarding complaints.
To reclaim a product when there is something wrong or something missing please contact Nordic Wine Box in a reasonable time after you have received the bottles. Reasonable time is two months or less if nothing else has been agreed on. Nordic Wine Box will cover reasonable freight cost. You will lose the right to reclaim if you have mistreated the goods.

Bottle with cork or other taste and smell defects must be expected to a certain degree. If more than one out of 12 bottles from the same order has cork or other taste and smell defects Nordic Wine Box will accept it as valid complaint and will substitute the wine with a compatible wine, however not necessary from the same vintage.
Customer and privacy policy
We do not send or give away any personal data, it will only be recorded in our customer database. You can on request have your personal data deleted at any time. We will need the following data to be able to send you the wines:

. address
. telephone number
. e-mail address
The purpose of collecting this data is purely for the delivery of you order.
Your personal data will be registered at Nordic Wine Box and held up to five years, after five years they will be deleted.
When you give us this information you must give consent to the use of the data to Nordic Wine Box
employees to perform their job. You will always have the right to complaint to the registration.
You also have the right to get information about the data we have recorded about you.
You have this right under the personal data protection legalisation.

Reservations
We reserve us from mistakes in the texts or wrongly appeared information, Nordic Wine Box reserve
the right to reject any order.
Force Majeure
In case of anything that can be counted under Force Majeure, war, natural disaster, strikes,
government decisions, failed deliveries from subcontractors, costly event, and similar events beyond
our control which is not reasonably foreseeable, and affects the contractual agreements and pledges
from our side, that allows us not to keep that agreement / pledge, should constitute a basis that we
released from our obligations to fulfil that contract.
Legal
The Danish court will be the representing court for any legal issues.
